Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2-15 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via EMS with tracking and drop-off without signature.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can group two distinct orders placed separately, but shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched insured, also special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
In case of package arrived corrupted, please do not accept it or request the package content check. If the content is broken, reclamation have to be applied. Please contact us asap, reclamation must be applied within two working day. You would not wait till a reclamation will be solved, we would send you new package asap.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Terms & Conditions of your international shipping
International orders normally require 5-15 days for delivery. Please be advised international orders can sometimes be delayed in customs. Be sure to check your shipment tracking number (provided via email when the order ships) for delivery status.
We are not responsible for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state; we advise you to check your local laws in advance, before ordering, if you suspect that your country bans any products.

Orders shipping to destinations country outside EACU (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia) might incur duties and taxes.
