Terms & Conditions - International Shipping

Terms & Conditions of your international shipping
International orders normally require 5-15 days for delivery. Please be advised international orders can sometimes be delayed in customs. Be sure to check your shipment tracking number (provided via email when the order ships) for delivery status.

We are not responsible for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state; we advise you to check your local laws in advance, before ordering, if you suspect that your country bans any products.
*Please Note* - If you are not able to select your country in the shipping field at checkout, please contact us in order to clarify whether we may offer shipping to that country at this time. We apologize for any inconveniene.

International Shipping Duties and Taxes

Orders shipping to destinations country outside EACU might incur duties and taxes. If you need your order to be sent from EU only, please contact us in advance, please keep in mind sometimes (depends on the availability and the stock location) this might caused additional delay 10-25 days. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.

If your country is not on our list shippable countries, please know that we are working hard to include services to your country in the future.

International Post Office Box (PO Box) addresses

We regret that we cannot deliver to international post office boxes. A street address is required for international delivery. By accepting these terms & conditions, you agree that you are not providing a Post Office Box address for your shipment. In the event that your shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an international PO Box address, we will not be responsible for refunding shipping costs.

International Shipping Costs

International shipping charges vary by the products ordered and the shipping destination. Shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process.

Refused Shipments

Freight charges incurred by tunstyle.eu online store while attempting to deliver merchandise that is refused, will be billed to the customer. No exeptions will be applied.

General

These general conditions apply to products for sale by Tuning Style, unless otherwise specifically agreed in written form between the customer and us. Buyer must be of age or possess parental consent. Prices of Tuning Style website are shown in EURO and USD and updated in real time. We right to amend the quoted prices without notice. For individuals and corporate clients, payment is made only via PayPal in advance, unless otherwise agreed.

Withdrawal and Return Policy

As a Customer is entitled to cancel your purchase if you tell us this within 14 days from the day you received the product

You get a return number and address, where you will send the item you would like to return.

Return policy only applies if the item is in its original condition, in original box associated. You can not regret the purchase of parts of a product.

The shipping fee of sending back your purchase regretted paying you as a customer.

Returns received by in envelopes or without Approved overpack returned to the customer without action as These can not be accepted for repurchase.

Missing return number or other document returned the goods to the customer without action.

Complaints

We inspect each item before it is sent to you. Should the goods still be damaged or delievered when it arrives so we commit to free the error. For shipping damage please send us mail with pictures attached.

It is important that you contact us before you return the product in order to get proper address for the return.

A product that we have held it to be delievered or damaged, we will replace if you wish, or pay back the money and shipping cost. If you have ordered several items you returned, we will pay not back all the shipping cost.
